CABIN IN SOUTH EAST LONDON

This project transformed an abandoned garden shed into a charming and functional garden cabin. A peaceful retreat designed for working away from the main house while enjoying view of the garden.
To make the most of the compact space, we repurposed a leftover worktop to create a generous desk, pairing it with new legs. Rather than positioning it against a wall, we angled the desk to maximise views through the window and enhance the sense of openness within the cabin.
A subtle feature wallpaper adds texture and character without overwhelming the space, while an electric log burner provides warmth and comfort on colder, rainy days.
Books & plants to complete the scheme, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment.
The result in a beautifully crafted, minimalist workspace that feels both cosy and connected to nature.
