VICTORIAN HOUSE IN HAVRE DE GRACE, MARYLAND, US
HOME OFFICE IN THE ATTIC
A complete transformation from cluttered storage space to a vibrant home office. Clever zoning defines distinct work and relaxation areas, while a bold colour palette, soft custom made dividers, and a hidden reading nook add personality, comfort and practicality.

LOUNGE AREA
Where English colour palettes meet American living. We used a rich, deep blue as the foundation for this pace, bringing character and warmth to the room. This seating area was designed to feel both comfortable and inviting, creating the perfect setting for entertaining family and friends.

HOUSE EXTENSION: BEROOM & SMALL LOUNGE FOR MUM AND COMPANION
This extension was designed to welcome my client's mum in a comfortable new bedroom/living space. While the plans looked promising on paper, it became clear at the beginning of construction that the completed room would be significantly smaller than anticipated.
I was brought into the project to find a creative solution that would accommodate both a bedroom and a tv/lounge area within the limited footprint, while incorporating as many of the existing furniture as possible. The room was painted in a soft, calming blue to create a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. Through thoughtful space planning, we successfully established two sones, reusing the majority of the client's existing furniture. Careful selected additions, including new lightings, a side table & pouffe, enhanced both functionality and comfort. Despite the space constraints, we were also able to maximise storage by integrating a floor to ceiling wardrobe behind the seating area. The result is a warm, welcoming, and practical retreat that feels secure, comfortable, and truly like home.
